General policies

Our activities and the places visited are mainly in natural areas since we focus on ecotourism, for this reason, travelers must be in good health both physically and mentally, so that they can fully enjoy the experience of visiting the different tourist attractions.

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the tours, transfers and activities.

It is the sole responsibility of the visitors to have the necessary vaccinations and medical treatments before starting the service. For our area, the yellow fever vaccine is recommended.

Carrying out ecotourism activities, especially in some remote areas, implies risks and unexpected events beyond the organization of the programs (e.g. road conditions, landslides, natural disasters, etc.). Therefore, our travelers must be aware of this and be responsible for their own integrity, including illnesses, injuries, minor accidents and other more serious or emotional traumas. The traveler accepts and assumes all the risks of nature during the activities and releases Wild Llanos SAS from any responsibility for these risks.
